Saturday 5.10, 10:30am-1pm
Embark on a journey of serenity amidst the captivating landscapes of Sea Ranch, where the forest meets the ocean in a breathtaking fusion that evokes awe and wonder. Join us at The Sea Ranch Lodge farm for a transformative forest bathing session guided by a certified nature and forest therapy guide.
In this pristine coastal wilderness, where breathtaking views stretch as far as the eye can see, immerse yourself in the therapeutic benefits of nature through guided ecotherapy practices. Sea Ranch is renowned for its wild and remote beauty, offering an unparalleled opportunity to get lost in its splendor and find yourself anew.
Led by a certified nature and forest therapy guide, this unique experience invites you to reconnect with the natural world in a deeply meaningful way. Forest bathing, also known as "Shinrin-Yoku" in Japan, is a practice that combines mindfulness and immersion in nature to promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being. As you slow down and engage your senses, you'll discover the healing power of the forest and its ability to soothe the mind, body, and soul.
During this session, you'll participate in guided sensory awareness practices, moments of quiet reflection, and group sharing designed to promote integration and connection. The guide will also share tools that can be used in everyday life, making the benefits of mindfulness and meditation accessible to everyone, no matter your experience level.
Dress in weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy walking shoes. Layers are recommended, and please bring a small backpack to carry your own water.
Whether you're seeking stress relief, inner peace, or simply a deeper connection with nature, this forest bathing experience offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Join us and embark on a journey of self-discovery and renewal amidst the beauty of the natural world.
