Come taste Delphinium and meet the North Coast's preeminent seaweed expert and forager, Heidi Herrmann of Strong Arm Farm. With the stunning coastal views from Sea Ranch as our backdrop, we will drink Delphinium and discuss local varieties of seaweed and how this tasty, versatile and sustainable ingredient can be used in culinary applications.
This is a casual and complimentary event, and RSVPs are requested but not required. Reservations for guided foraging the following morning are, however, limited and required!
