From Cesare Mondavi’s arrival in America in the early 1900s to Robert Mondavi’s transformative impact on California wine, Continuum carries forward a legacy that helped shape Napa Valley into one of the world’s great wine regions.
Join us for an extraordinary evening exploring the wines of Continuum, thoughtfully paired with a multi-course dinner designed to complement each wine’s character and sense of place. The evening begins with Yellow Tail Aguachile paired alongside the vibrant 2023 Sentium Sauvignon Blanc, followed by Five Spiced Crispy Pork Belly with the beautifully expressive 2018 Novicium Cabernet Sauvignon. The main course features Grilled NY Striploin with Green Garlic, Tallow Confit Potato, Braised Shortrib Croquette, and Red Wine Onion Jam, paired with the estate’s flagship 2022 Continuum Cabernet from Sage Mountain Vineyard on Pritchard Hill. Dessert concludes the experience with a Brown Butter Almond Financier, Orange Creamsicle Ice Cream, Fennel Pollen, and Honey.
