Upstairs, the open living space features a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, dining area, double-sided wood-burning fireplace, and lounge with a record player and collection. The third bedroom and office space offer additional privacy, while expansive decks invite guests to relax, bird watch, practice yoga, or take in the rugged coastline. Embracing The Sea Ranch ethos of living lightly on the land, Compass Close is fully electrified, solar-powered, and equipped with an EV charger. Located near redwood-lined trails, pickleball, the coastal path, and The Sea Ranch Lodge, it offers an ideal base for exploring the coast.
