As you move through the length of the house, double doors allow you to close off the office space and third bedroom (queen open concept ensuite with tub and enclosed water closet). Walk out from either the living room or bedroom onto the expansive deck, where you can sit in the hot tub, bird watch, practice yoga or simply relax, all while taking in the incredible view of the rugged coastline. Embracing the Sea Ranch ethos of living lightly on the land, Compass Close runs on solar, has been fully electrified and offers an EV charger. Take a walk on a redwood-lined trail just a three minute walk from the front door. For a little longer walk, head down to the Moonraker Facility for pickleball, the coastal trail or the Lodge for a snack and a drink.
