Welcome to Del Mar Meadow at The Sea Ranch. Built in 2007, the home has been owned by the same family since 2012. When searching for a second home, they fell in love with the house at first sight. It embodied the vision of a home that was both family-centered and beautiful. The interiors feature a great deal of native fir, matched by grain, with large windows that bring nature into every room. Cement floors are heated from below, creating a practical yet comfortable surface.
The living room looks out across the meadow to the ocean beyond. The changing seasons create an ever-evolving landscape. Grasses and ferns emerge in springtime, while lupine blankets the meadow throughout the summer. The home offers an exceptional vantage point for observing nature. Sunrise slowly illuminates the grasses and shrubs in the meadow, each blade glistening with morning dew. At night, the stone patio provides an ideal setting for stargazing.
Occasionally, a fox trots by. Large-eared rabbits, herons, egrets, and even a family of skunks with their kits have been spotted moving through the grass. Deer are frequent visitors as well, often appearing in the meadow nearly every day.
