The residence offers beautiful views to the water both inside and out. The main 2 bedroom and 2 bath house is connected to a studio through an outdoor courtyard. The studio provides a separate and quiet sanctuary for remote working with a desk facing the view, a relaxing sitting area and a full bath. A cozy TV room in the main building provides entertainment.
Both the studio and main residence have just undergone an extensive renovation with high end appliances, luxurious baths and relaxing outdoor decks to enjoy the view. One of the decks offers a sunken wood hot tub.
The bluff trail is steps away.
