The Sea Ranch Lodge Dining offers an unparalleled culinary experience that celebrates the region’s natural abundance and coastal views. Guests can look forward to seasonal menus that highlight locally sourced ingredients, expertly paired with regional wines. Alongside our evening experience, we are also offering lunch and weekend brunch specials. Reservations are highly recommended.

Executive Chef, Ryan Seal, brings a thoughtful, ingredient-driven approach that celebrates the Northern California coast through seasonal cooking, close farmer and fisher relationships, and a light footprint on the land. His philosophy of sourcing locally and cooking with restraint reflects our broader ethos of living lightly on the land. Guests can expect beautifully simple, expressive dishes that let our coastal terroir shine.

The Sea Ranch Lodge + The Sea Ranch Farm:
At the start of each growing season, Chef Ryan and Farm Manager Katrina come together to plan what will thrive in our coastal soil and best express the region’s distinct flavors. Throughout the season, they stay in close conversation—sharing updates on which crops are flourishing, how the livestock are developing, and what guests are responding to most. This ongoing exchange allows both The Farm and the Culinary Team to adapt in real time, refining what’s planted, harvested, and prepared to create an experience that’s rooted in the land and crafted for genuine enjoyment.
